Supplier Quality Engineer
“I started life at Fortress at 17 years old as a production apprentice, starting with goods-in and picking to support production and organize incoming parts. I then worked in dispatch, handling packing and shipping. Later, I moved into manufacturing, assembling sub-components and learning how they fit into final products. I transitioned to supporting sales with quotations and queries before joining the technical support team, helping customers with product questions. As the team evolved into the Quality department, I became a customer quality technician and now serve as a Supplier Quality Engineer, focusing on supplier relationships and part manufacturing processes”.
