This guard lock will not allow access to the safeguarded space until permitted by the control system. A Personnel key is available for an operator to carry during access to help prevent unexpected restart. This device also has machine controls built into the unit.

This guard lock has a personnel key and access key integrated into the device. This allows access to be restricted only to key holders whilst the personnel key can be carried by operators to prevent unexpected restart.

Another example of a Power-to-Unlock solenoid with safety switch. This device includes an escape release, which overrides the locking mechanism and creates a stop command, allowing for quick escape in an emergency.
Control Station
This device does not contain a safety switch and is a standalone Control Station complete with an emergency stop, indicator lamp and pushbuttons. A great all-in-one solution where interlocking is not required, or used in conjunction with other Fortress Interlock systems.
